Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering outstanding store execution and customer service, helping to build consumer loyalty and a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.

In the absence of a manager, you lead the crew, supervise daily tasks, price and stock merchandise, reset departments, handle customer questions, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Education High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and supervise daily activities when manager is absent.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves, execute displays and inventory.
• Maintain customer relations and uphold CVS customer service standards.
