Minis in Burlington, MA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily store operations and customer-facing duties. You will train associates, manage cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing tasks, while driving KPI achievement and delivering engaging customer experiences.

You will promote Minis' membership program, contribute to loss prevention, and maintain a lively, service-oriented environment that embodies the Life is for Fun ethos.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year in a supervisory/shift leader role preferred.
• Experience training and engaging customers on the sales floor and at the register.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager with training and development of sales associates.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
