Job summary

Minis is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role helps drive store KPIs, maintain standards, and oversee cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory flow to create memorable shopping experiences.

You will lead by example, empower team members, resolve customer concerns, and promote the store’s membership program.

Qualifications

Leadership and interpersonal skills essential.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in retail operations and POS systems preferred.
Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement at the sales floor and register.
Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
Maintain store appearance and stock levels, implement visual merchandising updates.
Open/close the store, ensure safety and cleanliness, and recover the store after shifts.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in store promotions and events.
