Job summary

Minis USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and staff training. You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage cashiering and store maintenance, and participate in merchandising and promotions.

Your leadership helps create a positive environment and memorable shopping experiences. You will promote Minis membership programs, support KPI achievement, and travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to train staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates on product knowledge.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, merchandising, and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and operational procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to policies.
