Job summary

Minis is seeking a Shift Leader in the United States to support daily store operations, train associates, and promote our membership program. You will assist with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and cash handling, while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to store standards.

You will lead by example to drive sales, help achieve KPIs, and foster a positive, energetic team environment that delivers memorable experiences for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation required.
• Experience training sales associates and driving KPI results.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Help support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure proper stock levels with visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety compliance and cleanliness.
