Minis is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching a dynamic team, and driving store performance. You will promote exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and help achieve sales and productivity goals while fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, participate in inventory and administrative tasks, and support loss prevention and staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management; proven experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and sales targets.
• Coach and develop Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards; ensure policy compliance.
• Drive loyalty through membership program engagement and sign-ups.
• Assist in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention.
