Job summary

You will train and coach team members, delegate tasks, monitor quality, handle guest concerns, and coordinate with the General Manager to hit daily goals.

You will lead by example, sustain high performance, and ensure safety and cleanliness, while maintaining a positive culture and timely shift execution.
