Responsibilities

• Manage the shift, including product, process, and people to execute operations.
• Respond to guest complaints in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; communicate performance to GM.
• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during a shift.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with guidelines and procedures.
• Receive and reconcile truck deliveries; manage inventory counts and stocking.
• Monitor food production and quality and take corrective action when needed.
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed.
• Collaborate with management to set goals and report progress.
