Harri is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager or on-duty supervisor with management activities. This role collaborates with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure operations align with the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their duties effectively.

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience or education demonstrating commanding knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building abilities and leadership capabilities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
