You will lead shift activities, monitor performance, and participate in training and meetings to stay current with industry trends. This role requires strong planning, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or relevant education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong team-building abilities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling issues.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Accessible by phone or other reliable means to meet restaurant needs.

• Ensures crew and team leaders perform duties per job descriptions.
