Papa Johns is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and other work areas in our restaurant, ensuring high quality products and customer service. You will manage operations, follow company policies, and help control food costs while ensuring compliance with laws.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality and customer service.
• Maintain product quality, safety, and cost control across shifts.
• Provide feedback and address issues; ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Assist in inventory management and cash handling; adhere to policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and TM handbook.
