Job summary

The candidate will supervise stations, assist in inventory control, handle cash, and collaborate with team members to meet goals and maintain standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights/weekends/emergencies.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines for dough management, portioning and accuracy.
• Performs shift duties to produce quality products and follow procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant's product goals.
• Maintains customer service standards and handles customer needs.
• Follows company policies including safety, attendance and image guidelines.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude and adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct issues.
• Manages product quality, food/labor costs, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Utilizes the FOCUS System to help meet profit targets and control costs.
• Handles cash management and inventory levels to minimize loss.
