Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours), including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management and portioning.
• Performs station duties such as making quality products and following procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goal.
• Meets customer needs and minimizes complaints.
• Follows company policies, including safety and security.
• Exemplifies core values and maintains a positive attitude.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant.
• Provides feedback and corrects problems.
• Maintains product quality and restaurant standards, including costs and cleanliness.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing costs and using the FOCUS System.
• Executes cash management duties.
• Assists in managing inventory to minimize loss.
