Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education preferred with strong reliability.
• Certifications in Serv-Safe or local food service preferred.
• General experience as a shift lead in a restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and ensure quality food and customer service.
• Manage station duties, portioning, and product holding times.
• Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support inventory and cash management processes.
• Contribute to achieving profit goals while controlling costs.
