Qualifications

• Previous shift lead experience preferred; ability to work long hours and handle multiple stations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Manage operations and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Support shift coverage and provide feedback to correct issues.
• Maintain product quality, service standards, and cost controls (food and labor).
• Assist in inventory management and cash handling.
