Job summary

You will follow company policies, manage stations, ensure proper dough handling, and uphold safety, cleanliness and inventory controls. Strong communication and adaptability are essential as you guide team members through busy periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties and follows product preparation procedures.
• Contributes to reaching product goals and maintains quality and customer service.
• Follows policies in the TM handbook including attendance, safety and security.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to correct problems.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and cost controls within company guidelines.
