Planet Fitness in Ellsworth, ME is seeking a Shift Leader to guide club operations and support the team in delivering the Judgement Free Zone experience. You will lead peers through daily tasks, maintain standards, and foster a welcoming environment for members and guests.

The role requires 6-12 months in customer service, leadership ability, and a willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification. The position offers full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Proven background leading others.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with any questions or concerns as they check in.
• Promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and offering assistance.
• Resolve member concerns and elevate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Perform membership related functions such as sign-ups, contact/billing information updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances and transferring memberships.
• Perform tours for prospective members; assess their membership needs.
