Planet Fitness - Biddeford/Windham ME is seeking a Club Manager to lead gym operations and deliver a superior 'Judgement Free' member experience. You will coach a team, ensure cleanliness, and drive a financially successful club.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership, payroll duties, and a hands-on approach. CPR/AED certification and reliability are essential, with on-call availability and a positive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
Experience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness preferred
Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic.
Strong problem resolution skills
Must be CPR/AED certified.
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be punctual
Must have the ability to be constantly on call on an immediate as needed basis

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a culture of positivity and motivation within the club for the benefit of the Team Members and club members.
Create and maintain a friendly welcoming atmosphere for all Team Members, members, prospective members, and guests and ensure Team Members follow superior customer service guidelines. Provide +1 service.
Keep clubs spotlessly clean.
Recruit, hire, train and develop high-performing teams.
Complete all payroll functions in a timely manner, this includes but is not limited to running reports, submitting payroll, and approval of timecards.
Adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
