Job summary

Qualifications

• Positive, friendly attitude and a welcoming demeanor for members and guests.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency for check-ins and transactions.
• Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance.
• Exceptional customer service skills; professional and courteous interactions.
• Positive leadership and diplomacy when supervising staff.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service and make them feel welcome.
• Answer phones, assist callers, check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Explain and promote fitness classes to members to keep workouts engaging.
• Adhere to policies and exceed minimum daily statistics.
• Assess and assist in emergency medical situations.
• Uphold integrity and security of sensitive company documents.
• Uphold facility rules and policies.
