Job summary

Planet Fitness in Biddeford, ME is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a high-quality, Judgement Free member experience. This role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on leadership, staff training, and maintaining a welcoming, clean club environment.

You will lead a team, ensure payroll accuracy, and uphold service standards while fostering a positive culture. A CPR/AED certification, punctuality, and on-call readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a culture of positivity and motivation within the club for the benefit of the Team Members and club members.
• Create and maintain a friendly welcoming atmosphere for all Team Members, members, prospective members, and guests and ensure Team Members follow superior customer service guidelines. Provide +1 service.
• Keep clubs spotlessly clean.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop high-performing teams.
• Complete all payroll functions in a timely manner, this includes but is not limited to running reports, submitting payroll, and approval of timecards.
• Adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
