Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Shift Leader to guide peers and support daily operations in our clubs. This full-time role focuses on maintaining the Judgement Free Zone, coaching staff, and delivering an exceptional member experience through clear communication and hands-on leadership.

You will handle tasks, greet members, assist with membership questions, promote safety and cleanliness, resolve concerns, and help drive club priorities and KPI goals.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Proven background leading others.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead peers and support daily club operations.
• Provide an outstanding member experience through coaching and communication.
• Greet members, assist with questions, and manage sign-ups and inquiries.
• Address maintenance, safety issues, and cleanliness.
• Drive club priorities and KPI goals with the team.
