Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to supervise a shift, ensuring food safety, accurate product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to Wingstop standards. You may perform cashier or cook duties while leading the team and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include training teammates, managing inventory and cash, and ensuring store policies and health/safety guidelines are followed. You will open/close the restaurant and uphold brand requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising crew and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to train and motivate staff while enforcing standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift crew to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and Wingstop standards.
• Greet guests and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Train new crew members and monitor performance.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and daily closing procedures.
• Coordinate breaks and staff coverage to meet peak times.
• Maintain a clean and stocked kitchen and dining area throughout the shift.
