Job summary

Dunkin’ is hiring a Shift Leader to coach team members and ensure brand standards and guest service during each shift. You will support the Restaurant Manager, assign tasks, and help maintain food safety and inventory controls in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership in retail or hospitality, are 18+, and fluent in English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to drive positive guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, deposits, and maintaining operational controls.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members throughout the shift with timely feedback.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure Brand standards are met across shift, including food and beverages preparation.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to ensure positions are adequately supported.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies to protect the restaurant's reputation.
• Manage cash over/short and monitor adherence to cash handling policies.
• Maintain food safety standards and supervise inventory during the shift.
