Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shift teams, drive profitability, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will support the RGM/AM, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in quick service, a HS diploma or GED, and are available evenings/weekends/holidays. This is a full-time role based at the restaurant, with opportunities for coaching and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team to achieve profitability, guest service, and people goals.
• Manage inventory and cash control procedures during shift.
• Direct efficient preparation and sale of products with speed of service.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members to boost performance.
• Ensure operations meet brand standards and drive improvements.
• Review results and identify successes and areas for improvement.
