Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a shift and drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction under the direction of the RGM and AM. The role directly manages a team of Team Members and requires coaching for higher performance and adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of quick service experience, is at least 18, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays; HS diploma or GED is required with 2 years of college preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift as the Shift Leader to deliver sales and profitability goals.
• Manage team members, coach and provide feedback to enhance performance.
• Direct efficient and accurate product preparation and service for timely delivery.
• Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring fast, friendly service and clean surroundings.
• Review results to identify successes and areas for improvement and uphold brand standards.
