Job summary

Burger King Griffin is seeking a Shift Leader to manage operations during assigned shifts, drive guest service, profitability, and people development. You will lead Team Members, support the RGM and AM, and ensure brand standards and efficient service with a focus on speed and accuracy.

The role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of quick-service experience. Evening/weekend shifts are needed; long/irregular hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two (2) years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed-of-service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Performs the duties of a Team Member when necessary.
• Sets an example for Team Members by working hard to implement the shift plan and drive operational results.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities and performance.
