Qualifications

• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and profitability by following the shift plan and leading Team Members.
• Motivates and coaches Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Maintains inventory and helps with order receiving and inventory checks.
• Directs timely product preparation and service in line with speed-of-service goals.
• Ensures compliance with operational and brand standards.
