Job summary

Burger King Opelousas is hiring a Shift Leader to help run daily operations, deliver great guest service, and drive profitability on assigned shifts. You will support the RGM and AM by guiding Team Members, managing shift plans, and ensuring fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and direct Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Drive profitability by following cash control and inventory procedures.
• Direct shifts to ensure accurate preparation and sale of products within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Coach Team Members and provide feedback to raise performance.
• Uphold brand standards and restaurant results; perform Team Member duties when needed.
