Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a restaurant shift, driving sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and people development. The SM supports the RGM and AM in operations during assigned shifts and directly manages a team of Team Members.

The role focuses on directing efficient product preparation, timely service, and upholding brand standards while mentoring staff for performance and growth. This is a full/part-time opportunity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to meet sales, profitability, and guest service goals.
• Manage inventory and cash procedures during shifts.
• Direct team members to ensure fast, friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Ensure operations and brand standards are consistently upheld.
• Review shift results and implement improvements.
