Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong guest service mindset and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across all stations on shift.
• Drive speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy.
• Coach Team Members in the moment to improve performance.
• Review shift results and identify opportunities to improve.
• Uphold operational and brand standards on the floor when needed.
