United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily store operations and guest experience. This full-time role requires supervising a team, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and maintaining product quality and cleanliness across all areas of the store.

Responsibilities include leading guest services, preparing DipSide items, managing the POS system, stocking, security, and reporting. Must be able to communicate clearly in English and work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handling transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and display units, ensure products are rotated and fresh.
• Maintain store safety, security, and adherence to policies.
• Keep the store and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Accurately complete time records and required documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
