United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth daily operations. The role requires overseeing shift tasks, handling cash transactions, and maintaining product quality during 1st–3rd shifts.

Candidates must meet state requirements for alcohol and tobacco sales and uphold company policies, safety standards, and a high level of integrity on every shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Legal eligibility to sell alcohol and tobacco.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Assist with dipside items and ice cream/yogurt preparation.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handling payments and transactions.
• Keep shelves, displays and equipment clean and organized.
• Monitor store safety and prevent loss with awareness of Guests and staff.
