Responsibilities

• Input orders into the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the line team to prepare subs per specs while following safety procedures.
• Operate kitchen tools such as knives, grills, and slicers.
• Maintain daily cleanliness, including tables, floors, utensils and restrooms.
• Communicate with team and management to schedule, train, and resolve conflicts.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain neat appearance by wearing the uniform and following dress code.
