Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the location, delivering high-quality food and an exceptional Jersey Mike’s experience. You will coach staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain cleanliness with strong emphasis on service excellence.

The role requires moving weights up to 50 lbs, working 38-40 hours per week, reliable transportation, and adherence to safety and training programs. Apply at the franchisee level.

Qualificações

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Producing high quality food.

• Cash handling.
• Following the Learning Management System Training Program.
• Developing others for career growth.
• Enforcing policies and procedures.

• Building sales.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment.
• Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant.
• Effective communication.
