Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on-duty leader with daily operations. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure adherence to the business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their duties to standard.

You will help maximize guest satisfaction, supervise shift activities, and participate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience and/or education demonstrating restaurant management knowledge.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning, time management and team-building skills.
• Investigative and problem-solving abilities; ability to troubleshoot cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager or on-duty supervisor with management activities.
• Work with Restaurant Management Team to align with the business plan.
• Ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform duties and meet expectations.
• Provide quality product and customer service experience.
• Lead shift activities and help maximize sales and profits.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Attend training, meetings, webinars, and calls.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
