Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and the on-duty supervisor.

You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure activities align with the business plan and ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet expectations across all duties. The role emphasizes maintaining quality service, driving sales, managing shift activities, training staff, and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building and leadership abilities.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Able to communicate with restaurant contacts; open-door policy.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.

• Help maximize sales and profits and minimize controllable costs by assisting management and leading shift activities.
