Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience or training for Shift Leader responsibilities
• Flexible availability to meet business needs (varies by schedule)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with clear direction, uphold brand standards and guest connections
• Coach and train team on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions
• Manage administrative tasks including deposits, inventory, and product orders
• Ensure safety, cash handling, and standard operating procedures are followed
• Communicate deployment and shift roles on the floor to keep the shift moving
