Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty supervisor with restaurant management duties. The role supports the management team to ensure alignment with the business plan and oversees Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet job expectations.

The position requires strong planning, team-building and problem-solving abilities, with focus on service quality, sales, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Requires approx. 2–3 years of experience and/or education showing knowledge of restaurant management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have excellent planning and time management skills.
• Must have team building skills.
• Must have investigative and problem solving skills.
• Must have ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or reliable method to communicate with the restaurant; open door policy.
• Must display strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify and implement process improvements.
