Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager on duty with daily management activities. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure all tasks align with the business plan and supervise Crew Persons and Team Leaders to meet job expectations.

The role emphasizes delivering quality service, supporting sales and profit goals, adhering to policies, and participating in training and meetings. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Cash handling troubleshooting ability.
• Reliable transportation, valid license and insurance.
• Reliable communication method; open-door policy.
• Analytical and organizational skills; identify and implement improvements.
