Job summary

MINISO USA seeks a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help with cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and cash management, while promoting the store’s membership program to build loyalty.

You will lead by example to achieve KPI goals, support store promotions, and uphold standards. This role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and effective communication in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in a keyholder, supervisor or shift leader role.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist store manager in training and developing sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure recovery and cleanliness, and comply with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adherence to store policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and participate in promotions.
