Job summary

MINISO USA in East Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will support cash handling, merchandising, and opening/closing duties while promoting the store’s membership program to drive customer loyalty.

You will lead by example to achieve store KPIs, maintain appearance and stock, and provide a positive, energetic environment for the team and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail is desirable.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels with visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety and operational procedures.
