Job summary

MINISO USA in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Store Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll contribute to KPIs, merchandising, cash handling, and ship/receiving tasks while promoting the store’s membership program.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking ability, and solid POS knowledge to ensure fast, friendly service and adherence to store standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety/compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional attitude and promote MINISO USA’s customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
