Job summary

MINISO USA in Austin, Texas, is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and engagement.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open/close the store, maintain appearance and safety.
• Promote MINISO membership program to build loyalty.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to policies.
• Process transactions accurately with POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
