Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Texas to support the Store Manager in daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, assist with opening/closing, merchandising, cash handling, and promotions while maintaining store standards and a vibrant customer environment.

The role requires 1+ years as a keyholder or supervisor in retail, strong leadership, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer-facing skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
• Train and develop sales associates in product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with daily operations: replenishment, cash handling, merchandising.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support loss prevention and resolve customer concerns.
• Promote store membership program and participate in promotions.
