Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
• Open/close the store, ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Process transactions accurately at the register.
• Promote store membership program and customer loyalty.
