Job summary

MINISO USA in Florida is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will drive sales to meet KPI targets, handle cash and POS transactions, merchandise, open/close duties, loss prevention, and promote the store’s membership program to build loyalty.

This role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensuring a clean and secured environment in line with procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to Store Manager when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
