MINISO USA is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to support the Store Manager in daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a lead or shift role in retail preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates to ensure product knowledge and engagement.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Participate in promotions and sales events.
