MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in the Gurnee area to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will assist with opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, stock replenishment, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Manage daily operations including cash handling, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Open/close procedures, store appearance, safety compliance, and loss prevention.

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor & at the register.
• Help support daily operations, including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring the store is recovered and clean and in compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Be empowered to resolve customer concerns professionally and escalated issues to Store Manager when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and ensure adherence to all company policies designed to prevent loss.
