Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will drive KPI goals, manage cash handling, and promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment, and travel between store locations as needed. High school diploma or equivalent is expected, with a preference for an associate degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader, preferably in retail.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and cleanliness per procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA's customer commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
