Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in California to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, train associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will support KPIs, store standards, merchandising, cash handling, and membership promotions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of retail leadership experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to travel between store locations as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist in training and developing sales associates for product knowledge and engagement at the sales floor and register.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety and operational compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
